As the original pioneers of urban sportswear since its inception in the 1970s, C.P. Company has always pushed the boundaries of innovative technology when it comes to experimenting with fabrics and garment dyeing.
Their latest capsule collection, P.Ri.S.M features a Prismatic Rip-Stop Membrane composed of a two-tone ripstop and a polyurethane membrane. The Rip-Stop features a ready-for-dyeing nylon warp and yarn-dyed contrasting polyester weft. Very technical, we know.
Alex, our resident stylist, has pieced together two looks that best present the unique items from the exclusive P.Ri.S.M collection.
"For the first look, I decided to go for a more utilitarian vibe. I’ve layered the C.P. Company P.Ri.S.M jacket and gilet, which feature the red and green iridescent shell, over the top of a classic black Y-3 hoodie. I’ve also incorporated the Off-White cargo pants that sit atop a pair of all-black Maison Margiela Future sneakers. Lastly, I’ve added a côte&ciel tote bag as a finishing touch."
"The second look features the C.P. Company P.Ri.S.M Painted Sweatshirt that again has a two-tone blue and green finish layered underneath the Explorer Goggle jacket and belt bag combo, also from C.P. Company. Instead of cargo pants, this time I’ve chosen a cropped trouser from Balenciaga, fusing sportswear with a more tailored approach. I’ve chosen the Balenciaga Triple S sneaker for footwear which works perfectly with the trouser. To complete the look I’ve added a Palm Angels cap which is the same colour as the sneakers and also features an orange logo that is a complete contrast from the blue tones used in the top half of the fit."
