How do I place an order on your site?
To place an order online, follow these simple steps:
- Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, select the size and add it to your cart. If you wish to continue shopping, you can return to your cart at any point by clicking the icon in the top right-hand corner and proceeding to checkout.
- Enter your payment details and information.
- Once your order is complete, you will receive order confirmation via email. Your order will be prepared and packed and sent out for delivery.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

How will my order be packaged?
Your order will be prepared and neatly wrapped by our distribution team and secured in a protective box to ensure your order is delivered in immaculate condition.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have received in your order, we accept returns for refund or exchange if returned within 28 days of delivery. You can find our full returns policy here.
Can I return my order in store?
You can return your order in store by displaying your order confirmation email and reason for return to a member of staff.
When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a notification informing you of your tracking information. You can track your order through DHL Express here. Orders being delivered to the UK are usually next day whilst orders overseas can take between 1-3 days.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your refund has been processed, you will be notified via email. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to be returned to you via your original form of payment.
