RETURNS


Returns Policy


If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns for refund or exchange. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return items should be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

We will not accept any returns if there is an indication that the item has been worn or washed.

It must also be in its original packaging and have Giulio and brand tags still attached.

Please do not remove the white security seal unless you are 100% satisfied with your order.

We are unable to refund an order where the security seal has been removed or broken.

 

 

Returning your item


Please contact us by e-mail giulio.customerservice@giuliofashion.com  within 14 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with a returns reference number, the returns document and details of the collection process. Print and complete the returns form ensuring that it is signed agreeing with our Returns Policy. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Please be aware that there may be a delay for any funds to be released in to your account as there are varying process times for payment providers.  

All exchanges are subject to the availability of the product, please contact giulio.customerservice@giuliofashion.com for availability. Any new shipping costs that occur due to an exchange will be charged to the customer.
